By downloading or using Braele ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

Braele is a guided breathing and relaxation app provided for general wellness and informational purposes. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the applicable app store terms.

Not medical advice

Braele is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional healthcare. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or feel unwell, consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any breathing practice. Stop immediately and seek help if you feel dizzy, faint, or uncomfortable. You use the app at your own risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it in any unlawful way.

Purchases

If paid features are offered, purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Any refunds are handled according to those stores' policies.

Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Braele and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page.
